Alliance Charter School (ACA):
Culture Creation Project, Oregon City, Oregon
- Conducted organizational assessment to develop appropriate interpersonal relationships
- Creation of core values that are aligned with the mission of ACA

- Sustainable and evolving culture with co-creation of touchstones for culture creation

Portland City Club, Portland, Oregon—Ba Luvmour served as the creator and co-facilitator of the City Club Forum. This six-week course brought together professionals from all fields involved with public and private schools, including architecture, social services, education, funding, and others. Participants represented almost every ethnic background. Dialogical processes were used throughout.
Self Enhancement, Inc. , Portland, Oregon—Luvmour Consulting created ongoing staff development workshops to bring a coherent understanding of child development and family dynamics to all SEI programs. Scope of work included family support staff, teachers, youth support services, and administration.
Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency (BOSS), California—Luvmour Consulting provided staff training for all BOSS programs. BOSS provides comprehensive services for homeless, disabled, and marginally housed families and individuals from Alameda County. It is a multi-faceted program for families and their children, their shelters, and transitional housing at BOSS.
Gang Risk and Intervention Program (GRIP), California—Luvmour Consulting facilitated dialog between teachers, prison officers, and middle/ high school students who are at-risk or already involved in gang activity in Yuba and Sutter Counties. Experiential learning and inquiry communication tools were employed.
Nevada, Placer and El Dorado County Foster Youth, California: Luvmour Consulting created a staff development program, emphasizing communication among the diverse staffs responsible for foster youth.
Sierra County Department of Human Services, California: Luvmour Consulting facilitated the staff of the Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco Prevention Program on best practices for communicating with teens.
Portland Family Enrichment Program, Oregon—Luvmour Consulting acquired a grant that funded the design and facilitation of a multi-family six-week program to improve communication, confidence, and well-being for all family members. Participants came from varied backgrounds. The methods of inquiry, dialogue, and experiential learning were employed.
Rio Linda School District At Risk Prevention Program, California—Luvmour Consulting work with over 30 teachers, hundreds of students from middle and high school, and their parents to foster positive development, conflict resolution, and best communication between parents and teachers. Funded by the US Navy.
Life Balance Lectures. Luvmour Consulting provided a three-part lecture series with practical applications to help corporate workers maximize well-being in their families. Diverse constituencies heartily represented. Topics covered included communication, creating and maintaining healthy boundaries, etc.
