Rates for services:
Each session is 1½ hours long: Fees are determined in private discussion
Includes phone conversations of 15 min. each and periodic e-mail. More than 15 minute calls or correspondence will be billed at our regular rate.
- Monthly rates are available (please ask)
- Reports: Constructing letters or reports are billed at our hourly rate
- Travel fees to your location are billed at ½ our hourly rate for travel time
Telephone Consultations available:
- We offer convenient telephone consultations to out-of-state clients and/or clients on vacation.
Sliding scale rates
A confidential financial assessment will be conducted to determine if a discounted rate is appropriate for you or your family’s situation.
Luvmour Consulting has a high value of giving back to the community. To this end, we each serve in the non-profit sector for several organizations. However, we cannot provide pro bono services for our consulting services.
Insurance:
If you hope to use insurance for payments, it is important for you to check with your insurance company to get answers to the following questions:
- Do you have mental health benefits?
- What is your insurance coverage for mental health for out of network providers? This information is either it is in your policy or you can call your insurance company to find out. I have found that they are usually quite helpful.
- Another option to see if your plan covers United Behavioral Health (UBH) as this is a type of insurance that we are able to take as well.
- How many sessions are permitted per year?
- Does your plan allow for 1½ hour sessions?
- What is your deductable?
With this information we can determine if your insurance policy will cover your consultations.
