Experience in Organizational Consulting
Relevant Project Experience
Luvmour Consulting is strongly grounded in the study and application of a variety of organizational systems and developmental principles. For us, a culture of inclusion recognizes, respects, values, and utilizes the talents and contributions of all the organization’s people across multiple lines of difference. We have helped organizations build cultures where all social identity groups have the opportunity to be present, to have their voices heard and appreciated, and to engage in core activities on behalf of the collective. Such organizations include Alliance Charter Academy in Oregon City, OR, Portland City Club Forum on Education and Self Enhancement, Inc. in Portland, OR. Our work in conflict resolution spans all ethnic and socio-economic communities. In addition, we are skilled in and employ many different tools to bring about clear communication and relational understanding.
Luvmour Consulting is a husband-and-wife team with over 25 years experience creating and conducting programs together. The team offers a unique blend and provides the assurance that there will always be a male and female present in the group dialogs. This team approach offers each gender safety and assurance.
